Janice shares her singular insights created from a lifetime of observations, including 16 years of executive-level local government experience.  She combines these observations with an encouraging spirit, and a mother’s wit. She is available to provide keynote messages and lectures, lead workshops, and moderate panels.

Janice has given keynote addresses to groups as diverse as Women In Construction and the Georgia Missionary Baptist Convention. She has also appeared as a panelist at national conventions of both the International City/County Management Association and the NAACP.
